Red Hot Kimchee Class

Tickets are selling like scallion pancakes for chef Karen Akunowicz’s kimchee making mini-class at Myers + Chang on Thursday, July 17th. This 45 minute-long tutorial will cover everything you need to know about how to make the spicy Korean staple, from finding the perfect ingredients to storing it in the fridge. The session, which begins at 5:30pm, includes light snacks and other surprises.
