Six Courses of Pork and Brews at The Merchant

On Sunday, July 13th, The Merchant is hosting a six-course beer and pork tasting dinner that will be the ultimate attraction for those fans of craft microbrews and classic dishes. With offerings like clams casino with chorizo oil to country fried pork pate, executive chef Matthew Foley is taking on the whole hog with a variety of interesting (and delicious) dishes.
