Enough with all of this screaming for ice cream – learn to make it yourself at The Four Seasons’ next cooking class on Saturday, July 12th. Hosted by Executive Chef Brooke Vosika, who oversees the kitchen at the hotel and its fabulous Bristol Lounge, the afternoon course is perfect for novices and seasoned professionals alike. Attendees will get hands-on instruction and plenty of opportunities to taste a variety of ingredients. The $185 ticket price includes an apron, recipe cards and house-made treats to take home – not to mention all sorts of ice cream-making know-how.
