Get Cooking at Coppa

If you’ve always wanted to cook like Ken Oringer or Jamie Bissonnette, here’s your big chance: Coppa is launching a cooking class series come February. Each of the educational gatherings – which will cover topics like cheese making and whole butchery – starts at 11:00am with coffee and pastries, followed by instruction and lunch.
