Red Lantern Does Dinnerfest

On Sunday, April 27th, some of the city’s best and brightest culinary stars gather together at Red Lantern for Dinnerfest party and auction benefiting the Boston Living Center. This year marks the 25th anniversary of Victory Programs’ support of the Center, a nonprofit community and resource center that fosters the wellness of HIV/AIDS community through education, treatment information and support services. Guests will be able to bid on spectacular packages from some of Boston’s most celebrated restaurants from casual neighborhood favorites like Bella Luna to and South End Buttery to special occasion destinations like O Ya and Mistral (take a look at the lengthy list of restaurants that have donated gift certificates, multi-course meals, wine dinners and the like). Hors d’oeuvres will be provided by chef Kevin Long and his accomplished kitchen team, and the cash bar will be open throughout the event. Tickets, available online, are $60 in advance of April 26th and $70 at the door. The good times get rolling at 3:00 and conclude at 6:00pm.
