Next in his monthly wine dinner series at dbar, Chris Coombs will be turning his attention (and yours) to the wines of Oregon. On Wednesday, April 2nd he’ll be serving a four-course menu of classic American fare to pair with a selection of vintages from the Pacific Northwest.
