A Taste of Oregon at Blue Ginger

Oregon is producing some of the West Coast’s most unique wines and what better way to serve them than paired with chef Ming Tsai’s James Beard award winning cuisine? On Tuesday, April 15th, Ken Wright Cellars, one of Oregon’s most prestigious winemakers, comes to Wellesley’s Blue Ginger for a five-course meal aimed at epicures and lovers of Pacific Northwest wine. Tsai has created a menu that pairs perfectly with each of the evening’s wines. The dinner begins at 6:30pm and costs $110 per person.
