Step Inside the Kitchen at Sofra

Kitchen novices take notice: James Beard award-winning chef and cookbook author Ana Sortun wants to teach you a thing or two. Starting on January 13th, Sortun and chefs from Sofra, Oleana and Sarma will be launching their Winter 2014 Cooking Class Series at Sofra, covering subjects from kitchen science to Mediterranean street food. For those at-home cooks that need some hands-on experience and instruction from the pros, this series is not to be missed. Registration and program backgrounds are available online.
