On Saturday, December 6th, you can upgrade your Craigie on Main Craigie Experience Tasting Menu with a side of vino. Keri Levens, Wine Director at Montmartre in New York City, has selected wines to accompany the daily-changing six- or eight-course menus ($98 or $118, respectively). Levens served as head sommelier at the Modern in the Museum of Modern Art and earned Aquavit its first Michelin Star in her turn as their Wine Director, so rest assured she knows her grapes. Chef de Cuisine Carl Dooley meets the prestige with an elevated tasting menu—guests can look forward to venison and foie gras, among other late-autumn treats.
