Oyster Education at Myers + Chang

Oyster-lovers rejoice and get ready to get your hands briny with Myers + Chang’s next installment of cooking classes on Saturday, November 1st and Saturday, December 6th. Chef Karen Akunowicz will teach bivalve-enthusiasts tricks of the trade for shucking and preparing Island Creek Oysters during her small, hands-on class.
