Tuscan Pool Party in December

Chef Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier are a throwing a Tuscan Pool Party at M.C. Spiedo on Thursday, December 11th. Alright, so there won’t actually be a pool (and you won’t have to get into your swimsuit) but there will be a special barrel-aged brew from Harpoon called the Tuscan Pool Party. Inspired by the brewers’ recent trip to Tuscany, the oak barrel-aged, special release incorporates Sangiovese and merlot grape juice, which makes for an especially interesting beer drinking experience. Tickets are $30 and include Tuscan small bites like smoked rotisserie chicken with chicken liver mousse, radish greens and grilled bread plus tastings of Tuscan Pool Party and other seasonal releases from Harpoon.
