Bourbon Behind Bars

Put your glasses together for a boozy Bourbon Dinner from CLINK on Wednesday, December 10th. Four-courses from Executive Chef Bradford Rainville include winter-weather warmers like confit rabbit, bone-in pork chop, sweet potato duck hash and crème brûlée. Michter’s Bourbon stars in the accompanying cocktails, like The Liberty’s signature drink, the 1851, which pays homage to the opening year of the Charles Street Jail.
