Ultimate Tailgate 2014

Boston’s love of sports and food is well-known and the fourth annual Ultimate Tailgate celebrates both with some of the best chefs in the city making their game day favorites. On Sunday, November 9th from 6:00-10:00pm the lawn at Sam’s will be filled with chefs and food celebrating the 5th birthday of Lovin’ Spoonfuls, a local charity dedicated to hunger relief. The starting line of chefs includes Jamie Bissonnette of Coppa and Toro, Joanne Chang and Karen Akunowicz of Myers + Chang, Michael Scelfo of Alden & Harlow, Asia Mei of Sam’s, Colin Lynch of Menton and No. 9 Park, Louis DiBiccari of Tavern Road, Matthew Gaudet of West Bridge, Will Gilson of Puritan & Co., Tiffani Faison of Sweet Cheeks, Daniel Bojorquez of La Brasa, Steve Postal of Commonwealth, Jason Albus of Fairsted Kitchen and Keith Pooler of Bergamot. There are two tiers of tickets: $100 gets you access to the chef’s tasting stations, complimentary cocktails, beer and wine. $250 gets you all of that plus entry to the VIP hour featuring cheese and charcuterie, a meet and greet with the chefs and a VIP bag.
