CLINK Hosts Sonoma Ciders

Cider savant and Clink executive chef Bradford Rainville will be pairing his new American cuisine with Sonoma Cider for an Heirloom Hard Cider Dinner on Thursday, November 20th. These aren’t your typical ciders, though: Sonoma Cider creates brews that break the traditional mold, including The Pitchfork which is made with pears, and The Anvil which incorporates smoky bourbon. Dinner starts at 6:30pm and includes cider-friendly courses like cured duck with cranberries and pan-roasted venison with local apples and turnips. Tickets, available online here, are $65 and include four courses plus cider pairings.
