James Beard Award winning chef, Jamie Bissonnette takes a night off from the kitchen Thursday, October 9th to share his expertise with the Boston University Food and Wine Experiential Programs. The Coppa and Toro co-owner’s class is based on his latest venture, The New Charcuterie Cookbook: Exceptional Cured Meats to Make and Serve at Home. Bissonnette will demonstrate recipes and techniques from the book and attendees will have the opportunity to taste these delicious creations with wine pairings.
