Squash 101 with Chris Douglass

Get to know squash on a whole new level with Ashmont Grill and Tavolo’s Chris Douglass when he hosts an evening of squash education at the kitchen of Boston University Food and Wine Experiential Programs. On Tuesday, October 28th, Douglass will expound on the versatility of a whole variety of squashes so you can get answers to all of your squash-related questions. You’ll even get to do a little cooking, helping Douglass prepare a squash-centric meal which you’ll then get to eat, accompanied by wine.
