Knights Bridge Wines in Wellesley

On Tuesday, October 14th, Ming Tsai’s Blue Ginger is hosting a wine dinner showcasing recent vintages from Knights Bridge Winery. You’ll be treated to an array of wines from the well-regarded Sonoma County producer along with a five-plus course prix fixe. Standout dishes include brioche crusted cobia with ginger-pear puree, preserved lemon-Thai bird chili brown butter as well as smoked beef tenderloin with five spice shallot tart and black currant demi. Taken along with a nice California cab or pinot noir and you’ve got yourself a near perfect night out. Dinner begins at 6:30pm and costs $125 excluding tax and gratuity.
