Beacon Hill Bistro Gets Cheesy

If the cold weather’s got you craving something melty and delicious to warm you up, schedule an end-of-the-weekend visit to the Beacon Hill Bistro where they’re bringing back Fondue Sundays. Starting on January 6th, chef Josh Lewin will be adding the popular little pots of molten cheese to the menu for $26 apiece. Perfect for sharing, each one comes with rustic, locally-sourced bread and a mess of goodies perfect for dipping (think: small potatoes, cornichons and pickled veggies like ramps, cipollini onions, and cauliflower). Call 617.723.7575 for details and to reserve a table (any time between 5:30 and 10:00pm) sometime before spring when Fondue Sundays disappear.
