Hybrid Winemaker Makes for Ashmont Grill

Ashmont Grill highlights Peltier’s Hybrid wines at their first Monday Night Winemaker Dinner on February 18th. Get a formal introduction, courtesy of owner and winemaker Rodney Schatz, to the revolutionary blended wines that combine advanced technology and sustainable growing practices for first rate wines. The five-course meal from Chris Douglass and his chef de cuisine Lola Sotomayor-Ellis costs $55 per person (including tax and gratuity). There’ll only be enough food and drink for 20 people so snap up a seat before they all disappear by dropping an email to tara@ashmontgrill.com.
