Guests can choose from either rib eye or New York sirloin cuts of prime beef, ordering based on thickness by the inch. The choices continue with salt rubs and sauces to personalize your steak dinner which also comes with whiskey onion butter and crispy Jo Jo potatoes. What’s this Camera-Shy Cooker Doing on Top Chef? - There’s no shortage of chefs on TV. But chef Dante de Magistris would just as soon be behind the line at any of the three restaurants (dante, il Casale Belmont and il Casale Lexington) he owns with his two brothers, Damian and Filippo. Although he’s declined invitations to try out to be a cheftestant, he did recently welcome the Top Chef team to his Belmont spot, which happens to be housed in a former firehouse (which may or may not be relevant to the episode).
