Drop by for a four-course menu accompanied by an Uni sake bomb - a warm glass of sake dropped into a glass of Sapporo beer. The uninitiated can click here for instructions so, whichever night of the week you choose - Sunday, Monday or Tuesday - you’ll look like you’ve been tossing back sake bombs for years.
