What’s this Camera-Shy Cooker Doing on Top Chef? - There’s no shortage of chefs on TV. But chef Dante de Magistris would just as soon be behind the line at any of the three restaurants (dante, il Casale Belmont and il Casale Lexington) he owns with his two brothers, Damian and Filippo.
