Tomasso Trattoria’s sister market institutes a weekly wine class where, in the course of an hour, diligent students of the vine will get a tutorial on a particular wine topic. The $10 mini-lesson includes Wine Director Shaun Snow’s seminar, wines to taste and food to pair.
