A Tour of Italy at Tavolo

Get transported to Italy without ever leaving Boston (ok, you do have to go to Dorchester). Tavolo, the Italian eatery from Chris Douglass continues its weekly Regional Pasta Tour with chef Nuno Alves at the helm, guiding diners through the cuisine of Italy's many and varied provinces. Every Wednesday night from 7:00pm diners will be treated to three courses of imaginative Italian fare for just $25 per person. But they're mixing things up as well - adding a monthly festival component so that you can get a feel for how Italians celebrate the deliciousness that is artichokes (or lemons, or apples or pinenuts). The Food festival schedule is below, but you can enjoy the tour any old Wednesday you so choose. Reservations are not required, but you can call 617.822.1918 for more information.
