Achtung, It's Oktoberfest!

Break out the dirndls and lederhosen – The Beehive is going Deutsch. Celebrate that most German of festivals on Wednesday, September 26th when the South End spot puts on their annual Oktoberfest Der Beehive party. Chef Rebecca Newell plans to dot the regular dinner menu with German specials like pretzels, sausages and roasted pork knuckle with sauerkraut and potatoes which you’ll of course wash down with a big old stein of bier. At 8:00pm, enjoy eine kleine Deutsch musik when the band takes the stage. Doors open at 5:00pm and there’s no cover. Reservations for dinner are a smart move though – call 617.423.0069.
