It’s one thing to pair food and wine – Menton takes it one step further and supplies the appropriate glassware with each course at their upcoming wine dinner. On Thursday, September 20th restaurateur Barbara Lynch and Executive Chef Colin Lynch welcome winemaker Fred Loimer, Master of Wine Andreas Wickoff and Martin Hinterleitner of Zalto Glassware to Fort Point for a fall-inspired four-course menu. Each course will be paired with an Austrian wine, and each wine will be served in its own specially-designed glassware – no seriously, they’ve taken their cues from the Romans, the tilt of the earth and generations of highly-skilled glass blowers to create glassware that brings out the best in every sip.
