For the second year running, chef-owner Jeremy Sewall and his right hand chef Rich Morin are welcoming West Coast winemakers from Elk Cove to Coolidge Corner for dinner. On Thursday, September 20th National Sales Manager Craig Hedstrom comes all the way from Oregon to pair some particularly choice bottles (including a nine liter of 2003 Roosevelt) with five end-of-summer-meets-early-fall courses.
