UpStairs Goes Vegan for an Evening

See how the herbivores do at UpStairs on the Square’s upcoming vegan dinner, scheduled for Wednesday, September 19th. Chef Susan Regis will be incorporating the season’s bounty into a satisfying locally-sourced, farm-fresh menu that’ll tempt even the most committed carnivore. The four-course meal, which will be available throughout the evening in the Soiree Room, costs $45 per person (or $65 with vegan wine pairings courtesy of Wine Director Matt Reiser).
