Quarterly Carousel Comes to Southborough

Suburbanites and fans of Brooklyn Beer, get to Tomasso Trattoria in Southborough on Tuesday, September 18th. From 6:00-8:00pm they’ll be pouring Brooklyn’s latest addition to the roster, Fiat Lux – for free – at the next Quarterly Carousel (a, ahem, quarterly celebration of good eats). You can grab a copy, hot off the presses, of the new Edible Boston and rub elbows with fellow foodies. Chef Neil Rogers will be supplying some locally-sources snacks for the occasion.
