Sake & Seafood, Together at TW Food

With his weekly wine dinners chugging along at full steam, chef Tim Wiechmann turns his attention to sake, pairing the popular Japanese beverage with a six-course seafood menu. Reserve a seat at the August 9th dinner to see how New England specialties like Chatham Point oysters or Maine lobster match up with Yuki No Busha Junmai Ginjo or Shichi Hon Yari Junmai.
