Yo Ho Ho and a Dinner with Rum

French food usually conjures up images of baguettes, coq au vin and mousse au chocolate, but there’s so much more to the culinary story. On Tuesday, August 7th, Aquitaine will venture outside of the continent and explore the cuisine of the French colonies with a three-course rum dinner. Chef Bob Krajewski has planned a menu influenced by the French-inflected foods of the Caribbean and Southeast Asia to pair with three Privateer rum cocktails. Dinner begins at 6:30pm and costs $55 per person – call 617.424.8577 for reservations.
