On Saturday, August 25th the Harbor Hotel Provincetown will host the Swine and Swizzle Soiree from 6:00 to 10:00pm featuring a pig roast with all the fixings (think seasonal chutneys, potato salad, watermelon and slaw), a local tomato bar, ice cream sundae bar and craft cocktails (as the name would imply, swizzles will be featured prominently). The evening will also include live music and a live auction filled with plenty of bid-worthy packages. Tickets, which must be purchased in advance by calling 617.423.4200, cost $125 per person, which covers admission, two drink tickets, hors d’oeuvres and the pig roast. If you’re feeling very important, opt for the $175 VIP ticket which gets you all of the aforementioned goodies plus a 5:00pm poolside cocktail reception with Ms. Lynch herself, two extra drink tickets and a recipe book.
