Pop into Craigie on Main between Tuesday, August 7th and Wednesday August 15th to celebrate these classics of French cuisine and the fabulous woman who popularized them in America. As part of Julia Child’s 100th birthday celebration, chef Tony Maws will prepare his interpretation of several recipes from her 1961 tome, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, and offer them as specials on the regular dinner menu.
