Happy Birthday Julia - Love, Rialto

What food lover among us doesn’t owe a debt of gratitude to the great Julia Child? Honor the grand dame herself at Rialto where, from Tuesday, August 7th through Wednesday the 15th, chef Jody Adams will be featuring the classic Homard a l’Americaine (that’s lobster with wine, tomatoes, garlic and herbs for the non-Francophiles) in celebration of Julia’s 100th birthday. Plucked right from the pages of Mastering the Art of French Cooking, the French Chef’s dish will be available during dinner service.
