Bargain Bites - Unbelievable dining deals at Boston's best restaurants
Gather with a few like-minded food lovers in Lumière’s newly appointed private dining room for a summer supper. On Wednesday, July 25th the Newton restaurant, known for its devotion to sustainable and local goods, will host the second in its new Supper Club Series. This time around, Chef Michael Leviton will throw a midsummer BBQ overflowing with meaty goodness – there’ll be pulled beef, Texas hot links and maple-brined chicken – complete with all the fixings one would expect at a grill-out – potato salad, cornbread and sweet tea. Bully Boy Distillers will have a hand in the evening as well, offering their wares to star in the night’s drink: bourbon sours with house-made maraschino cherries. The family style dinner costs $45 per person (plus $15 for the beverage pairing) and begins at 7:00pm. Call 617.244.9199 to make sure they’re expecting you.
