In honor of Bastille Day, chef Marc Orfaly gives the all-American barbecue a French makeover. On Sunday, July 15th Orfaly and friends at Pigalle will be firing up the grill for deliciousness like Blue Point oysters (with garlic and escargot butter), grilled house-made pork sausage (with red wine lentils du puy) and Madeira glazed bbq foie gras. There’ll be live music and specialty cocktails including the French 75 (gin, fresh lemon, sugar and sparkling wine) and the Moulin Rouge (Grey Goose, Plymouth, Cherry Heering, Lillet and Parfait d’Amour). The a la carte offerings ($20 per entrée and $9 per cocktail) will be available from 5:00-9:30pm. Space is limited, so call 617.423.4944 to be part of the tasty tribute.
