Eastern Standard Heads North

As part of the third annual Taste of Iceland festival, Eastern Standard will offer a special menu highlighting the flavors of this chilly country. Chef Hákon Már Örvarsson will be working alongside chef Matthew Audette on the line to create a four course meal of Arctic char, langoustines, lamb and skyr straight from the great ice-covered north. To wash it all down, drink maker extraordinaire Jackson Cannon has created a cocktail highlighting the Icelandic vodka Reyka.
