On Thursday, February 9th Roche de Bellene will be in the maison at UpStairs on the Square to showcase the wines of their newly-formed house with an impressive pedigree. This evening will focus on the 2009 vintages (both whites and reds) from winemaker Nicolas Potel. To ensure that there’s fantastique food to go along with the vin, Susan Regis has dreamt up a four-course menu of cod, rabbit, veal and of course, this being French food, deliciously stinky cheeses.
