Chef Neil Rogers explores the pleasures of Piedmontese wines when he welcomes Michael Kane of Rosenthal Imports to Tomasso Trattoria. Be in your seat in the Southborough restaurant’s private dining room by 6:30pm on Friday, November 30th to tuck into the five-course menu, and paired wines from De Forville, a fifth generation winemaker whose 11 hectares of vineyard are divided between Barbaresco and Castagnole Lanze. Dinner costs $90 per person, not including tax or gratuity. There’s a complimentary wine tasting starting at 5:30pm at neighboring Panzano Provviste e Vino if you can’t make it to the dinner but take a look at the menu – we don’t think you’ll want to miss it. Call 508.481.484 for your table.
