Raise a glass to a Scottish Bard – Flora celebrates Robert Burns‘ birthday on Wednesday, January 25th. Chef-owner Bob Sargent has a full evening of Scottish fun planned beginning with the Calling of the Clans on the pipes followed by a Balvenie Scotch tasting and a three-course dinner. Of course, readings from the man of honor will also be sprinkled throughout the night so you’ll get a side of literature with your meal.
