Ming Tsai Turns Up on the Nate Berkus Show

Tune in tomorrow to catch Ming Tsai on the Nate Berkus Show. On Wednesday, November 23rd, he'll be showing everyone how to make handmade dumplings three ways - a recipe right out of the recently-released Macy's Culinary Council Thanksgiving & Holiday Cookbook. While he's there, he's also going to give Mr. Berkus a lesson in pork fried rice (using the traditional pork and ginger dumpling filling). Check your local listings (or the show's website) and set the DVR to see him in action.
