Vegan Feasts at UpStairs

Winter may conjure up thoughts of hearty stews and slow cooked braises but those deilicous dishes need not include meat, or dairy or eggs. At least that’s what the fans of veggie centric fare at UpStairs on the Square believe – they’re bringing back their Vegan Dinner Series. On Tuesday, January 26th and Wednesdays February 23rd and March 23rd, chef Steven Brand, relying on locally-produced vegetables, will be preparing delicious four-course meat-and-dairy-free dinners that’ll satisfy even the most enthusiastic of carnivores. The menus, which cost $49 per person can either be enjoyed at a communal table (so that you can meet other like minded epicureans) or by reservation throughout the evenings in the Soiree Room.
