Cheese Tuesdays for Fall & Winter

L'Espalier has cooked up few more ways to indulge the fromage fanatics out there with a new Cheese Tuesday schedule. Sign on any of the upcoming installments and let fromager and maitre d' Louis Risoli guide you through his selection of cheeses. Chefs Frank McClelland and James Hackney do their part by preparing a scrumptious four-course meal built around the aforementioned cheeses and, to top it all off, wine director Erik Johnson will pour appropriately paired wines. To keeo things casual, guests are served at large communal tables and encouraged to mingle and learn from each other. The dinners, which cost $68 per person, starts at 7:00pm.
