Alta Strada Helps You Cook for Your Kids

On Saturday, February 6th take the kids out on a little excursion to Wellesley for an afternoon of cooking and eating. Spend the afternoon, from 11:30am to 2:30pm, learning how to make Michael Schlow approved fare that will also delight even the most finicky of adolescents - think cheesy broccoli risotto, chicken breast rollatini with hearty vegetable tomato sauce, and honey cookies with sweetened ricotta and fruit.
