Dante's Demos Debut

Learn how to make a myriad of tasty dishes and cocktails courtesy of one of Cambridge's most talented culinary teams. Beginning in January, Dante de Magistris and his crew will kick off their Demo Series, instructing students how to prepare a wide range of themed food and drinks. The fun always starts at 5:00pm on Saturdays, but the price per class varies so make sure to peruse the list below. These informative and fun gatherings would also be a thoughtful gift for the food and wine lovers on your list. Call dante at 617.497.4200 to reserve a spot for you or someone else.
Saturday, January 9th - Oysters
Learn how to pair wine and oysters with wine steward, Chas Boynton and sous chef, Marcos Sanchez for $30 per person.
Saturday, January 16th - Handmade Pasta
Chef de Magistris will divulge his secrets to making three different kinds of pasta, with accompanying sauces. The $45 per person price includes a prosecco toast and a tasting of each dish.
Saturday, January 23rd - Winter Cocktails
Mixologist Dennis Cargill will be on hand to demonstrate the creation of 4 hot winter cocktails. Don't worry - you'll get to taste them too. Class costs $25 per person.
Saturday, January 30th - Salumi
Wine steward Chas Boynton and sous chef Marcos Sanchez will unlock the secrets to pairing wine with salumi for $30 per person.
Saturday, February 6th - Retro Cocktail Party
Learn how to concoct three 1950's style cocktails as well as an assortment of paired canapés with mixologist Dennis Cargill. Class costs $25 per person.
Saturday, February 13th - Valentine's Dinner
Concoct a romantic Valentine's dinner for 2 with chef de Magistris. Class, which includes a prosecco toast and a tasting of each dish, costs $45 per person.
