Will Gilson's Little Piggy Went all the Way to the James Beard House

Anyone who's eaten at Garden at the Cellar knows just how committed chef Will Gilson is to getting the freshest ingredients - on Tuesday, August 4 he takes that philosophy to another level with his special farm to table dinner at the James Beard House in New York. Gilson will be whipping up a delicious meal filled with his New England inflected, locavore minded cuisine with one mighty piece de resistance - a tasting of a farmer's market pig raised especially for this dinner. The dinner begins at 7pm and costs $125 per person.
