Margate Mondays at The Liberty Hotel

Spend some quality time in the kitchen at Clink where chef Joseph Margate is hosting Margate Mondays. Pick your theme from the installments listed below and get over to the Liberty Hotel for a later afternoon/early evening tutorial. Margate will be going over some basic culinary principles and skills - how to sear a scallop or how to pair wines with artisanal cheese, for example. Guests at the hour long get together, which starts at 4:00pm, will get to see him in action as they sip a glass of wine. There's limited availability and space does tend to go quickly so be sure you call 617.224.4000 or rsvp via email.
