Jay Silva Cooks up a BamBar-B-Que

If its summertime, then somebody's barbecuing somewhere - chef Jay Silva happily does his part, firing up the grill and giving the quintessential summer activity his own culinary twist with a BamBar-B-Que at Bambara. Cross the river to Cambridge on Saturday, August 1st and chow down on a multi course meal filled with brisket, chicken, shrimp and chorizo hot off the grill. Make room among the plates piled high with grilled meats; every table will be outfitted with its very own bucket of ice cold Harpoon seasonal brews, to boot. Dinner, which begins at 7:00pm, costs a mere $30 per person, so make sure you snag yourself a seat by calling 617.868.4444.
