Wednesday Food & Wine Flight Nights at Tastings

Wednesdays are Food & Wine Flight Night at Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro. Book a spot at the suburban bistro to see chef Richard Garcia and sommelier Dave Cicciarella in action as they collaborate on a three-course meal that’s the perfect marriage between food and wine. The $35 dinner will change every week to pair accordingly with the evening’s wine offerings but just to give you an idea of what they have in store, a recent menu started out with an heirloom apple salad, continued with pumpkin gnocchi and rack of lamb, and finished up with white chocolate-cranberry risotto.
