Summertime Sips

Boston’s all too short summer is coming in hot (and sometimes chilly) so Bostonian bartenders are mixing cocktails for all occasions. Whether it’s scorching and sunny or cool and cloudy – they’ve got you covered with the best drinks of the season. Wind down after work or enjoy your breezy days off, drink in hand, at any of the places below.

Capo    Sit back, relax and cool down with Capo’s newest sunshine-inspired spirited concoctions. The M Street Beach Bum (pictured front) gets all tropical, with Privateer Rum, Ramazzotti, pineapple, coconut, banana and lime. The Kentucky Burk (pictured behind) incorporates Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey, strawberry, lemon and ginger beer.

Davio’s Boston – Sip the day – or night – away at Davio’s Boston with their new seasonal libations. The Cucumber Mint Gimlet (pictured left) is a medley of cucumber slices, mint leaves, simple syrup, The Botanist Gin and lime juice. The 3 Shades of Rum (pictured right) features Gosling’s Dark Rum, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Captain Morgan Coconut, pineapple juice, a dash of vanilla simple syrup and a lemon wedge.

L’Andana – Be bubbly and bright at L’Andana in Burlington, where they’ve unveiled one of their new summertime cocktails – Blush. They’re mixing up house-infused pineapple vodka, Chambord and Prosecco – excellent for enjoying out on the patio.

Woods Hill Table – Woods Hill Table is sliding into summer with their fresh Cucumber Collins, featuring tequila, cucumber juice, lemon and organic cane syrup. See if you can snag a seat on their cozy Concord patio or enjoy one at the bar next time you need a seasonal refresher.

Alden & Harlow   Chill out in the heart of Harvard Square this summer (once the students have all cleared out) at Alden & Harlow. The perfect accompaniment to summer break: The Bellringer – a blend of whiskey, bell pepper cordial, lime and house orgeat. It’s also ideal for beating the heat.

Pabu — Quench your thirst and rejuvenate at Pabu with
the Tokyo 75, a delightful combination of gin, yuzu, cherry blossom and sparkling wine.
